Government funded projects for controlling violence against women

        One stop centre for women victims of atrocity and harassment this project is sanctioned by central government is likely to open on August 29 in Andhra Pradesh. This centre is run by Ministry of women and child development a good move by the government of India.

       Centre contains inpatient ward, counselling facility and a short stay home. It is going to provide counselling to victims of sexual assault, dowry harassment, domestic violence. It is a hospital-cum- counselling centre-treatment along with counselling.

      I think it's a good move by the Government to establish such a centre for women. Medical cure along with a series of counselling is required to come out of the worst situation they faced.

     Education department along with some NGOs proposed to set up Samjhauta centres in each district. These centres provide unarmed training for girls to protect themselves.

   The Government is laying stones for many projects to control violence against women. Hope all efforts bear fruits which will turn every Daughter, Mother and Sister live happily in this world.

A memorable day

                         My memorable day enjoying with children in an orphanage and helping them. This event is conducted by College students from their own pocket money. See how lovely they are feeding these kids. The real heroes who are serving homeless children.

     This event is conducted by my friends and me last year. This year event is much more satisfactory than before my post covers all those pics from a remote village named Lammasingi in Andhra Pradesh. Our Independence day celebrations are quite different from all others we help needy to help India with a pure heart.

I think saluting a national flag offering sweets saying something about our India remembering leaders is common every citizen do this. If you really need a change in our country help others who are in needy even our freedom fighters want this to be developed in Indians. Serving motherland is not only a duty of a soldier It's a duty of all citizens. Serve India be a great Indian.

Oh, Champati, I love this blog, and your beautiful message. I love this statement: "We are poor i agree why people are discriminating us we are equal as you." I also love this: "We can learn anything we are your equals but it may take time that's all." 

I want to say, too--It is a beautiful, heart-tugging message you are sharing. No human being likes being judged--for how they dress or live or how much money they have, or any other reason. I could understand your message about not criticizing or discriminating, with my whole heart. I feel the same way. I love the statement, "Don't ever criticize us help us we will be with you." What a wonderful message to the rest of humankind. 

The way you use English is heart-tugging because it is so direct--the way you write is almost like a poem. 

I have a suggestion... Although your English is VERY good, still, in some places, it is a little bit confusing. Is it possible to have a native English speaker read and edit it? 

I wouldn't suggest altering your writing style--I think your style is beautiful and should be honoured (kept intact) if you do have someone edit it. 

Also, you say, "contribute your help then miracles will happen" at the end of the post, and, because of your message and these words I really WANT to help, now! But I'm not sure how. How can a person who reads your blog contribute their help? Can they give money, through PayPal, or something? And if they do, who will receive it and what will they do with that contribution? (How will they use that money?)

I think you are beginning something important and wonderful and I believe many people will want to learn more about rural Indian life and to support people who are striving to create good lives for themselves. 

And of course--I already consider you and other rural Indians my equals. I know you're probably addressing urban Indians, not Americans, in your words about not discriminating, but... In my heart, all people are equal. Also, my country owes a very great debt to India, because of Mahatma Gandhi and his teachings on nonviolence. Without those teachings, I fear that the civil rights struggles and other serious social problems our society has faced might have devolved into violence. It is amazing, and beautiful, to me, to realize how much my country has benefited from a man from such a faraway place--a different culture, a different religion--a stranger--but of such wisdom and humanity in his heart, that he could teach us how to be better, ourselves.

       This post is to answer all questions raised by my friends during a charitable event at Gurajarapalli. Who are you guys to ask me?? yes, I love Humanity a Hindu by born not a religious coward like you all. Yes I know what is happening around me I am aware how terrorism is growing under the sky. Blaming a single religion or a single country or a single state for all terrorist activities is not correct. Just read the above-mentioned article many such incidents are happening not only in Kashmir alone many places in the North-eastern states also.

      See friends we are living in a small world we don't know actually what is happening in their own places which force them to be diverted towards terrorism. I am very lucky to study in Tamilnadu having friends from all over India From Kashmir to Kanyakumari.       Religious discrimination in India it's a sensitive issue and I know if you type my full name in google search you will reach a forum in Indiblogger I don't want to touch that issue which may ignited much more fire.

      During my studies, I always want to learn something from my friends and I learned a lot now it's time to reveal all my experience with them. Why there is a discrimination between humans based on religion or cast or place why all you guys are not accepting all are equal.

      Criticizing others blaming others is so easy why you can't find your own mistakes. My college friends are being criticized before me several times because they are looking different from others. They are regularly been harassed. Many people see them differently uttering some useless words what, not everything.

     Criticizing goes to peaks where some mad questions are being raised I don't want to say those questions. But as an example I should say about a question which hurts me a lot "You guys enjoy with your sisters"? What a foolish question the hatred is being flamed by many people.

      This discrimination started raising which will end when all are against each other. Not only appearance and religion even traditional cuisines are being questioned by many people. Even I came across this situation being a south Indian our traditional cuisine is being questioned in many forums.

        First stop saying this region is not good these people are like this and that being an Indian first say "Unite India". Respect people, not their place, not their appearance, not their style, not their religion. Being an Indian we need to unite our hands and fight against discrimination.

      Please respect everyone we can break open the walls of discrimination in India. Friends come and join with us for a glorified future.

how to help poor people

       Many of us having this question in our mind but what we are doing is anybody coming forward to serve those poor people.

      Many volunteer organizations are coming forwards to serve these poor children. pics from Manaspoorthi organization page an organization in Kakinada and Eluru.

             What we are doing still thinking of helping poor but not coming forward. You can help them every city having such an organization just come out of that dilemma state how to serve??
             Spend some time with these little kids they are very affectionate. Many of my friends joined to help orphanage an event is conducted just to help poor to fill their stomach money contributed from their pocket.

       Who among you are coming forward to help poor in your area?
        I came forward to help poor and orphanage in my area. Prove your humanity spend your birthday moments in an orphanage you will feel blessed for your entire life. Feeding poor people with your own hands gives you a lot of happiness Donating some money  for their welfare your spending will become meaningful. Spending some time with those poor people will make your time memorable.

Inspired by Dr. Abdul Kalam

    Great man no words to say other than this it's a shock for all of us. I personally experienced it feeling sad.... It took 48 long hours for me to digest this news.

     Previously my bookstore contains many books but now very few because I have gifted it to many of my friends and relatives. The only leftover book with me is TURNING POINTS I think being with a book written by Adul kalam sir is like being with him. I inspired a lot by his writings and after finishing any book I will write a small review on it and I will gift to any of my family members.

How to train our children towards society ??

             This post is sincerely  dedicated to all parents. Why every student is in a dilemma stage they are not perfect in anything you may think that mind maturity may be a criteria, but it is not the exact guess. I struggle a lot but never give up. One of my friend committed suicide because of his misbehaviour and some addictions.

       What exactly the reason why students are committing suicides. What is their fault exactly????

       The reason behind this I guess from my whole life no student in this world is self-satisfied with available resources. Yes, that's the reason even you may come through some of these incidents in your life.

Student usually says.....

• My educational institution is not performing well other educational institutions are good.
• Our faculty is not up to the mark so we can't perform well.
• 1% increase in my overall OGP helps me.
• Boring towards exams and classes we need something for upgrading.
• Cannot concentrate on studies I can't control myself.
• Attractions and distractions......... no end for this list.

       From childhood onwards we need sufficient training for our children. Parents are the best trainers for children. Start training them gift them some books but not the scrap from the market. Who are willing to give a book as a gift it is worthy when you select a book which is a perfect book for them. Review on that book should be written on the first page of the book then gift them to your children. They should feel that my parents read this and important concepts have been reviewed. Discuss with your children about the characters and how to improve it.

      No successful person in this world is successful in one day keep that in mind. Don't force your children to do this and that maintain a character before them. Education is important I agree, but children should know about society first.

      Noble laureate Rabindranath Tagore didn't go to a school you know that. Give valuable suggestions to your children If he likes cricket gift him some great books like autobiography of Sachin Tendulkar. Every field has its own pioneer characters just explore the wide angle of their life explain it to your children.

      Students should trained to overcome all obstacles in their life. They should satisfy with their output and input from childhood onwards they should know that.

      Do not show a  film actor or actress as a role model to them. Be aware that for money they are doing  movies just for an entertainment purpose. Movies character end in that screen only they are not real. Showing these heroes as a role models is not right. There are some heroes really work for society appreciate their work.

    Thousands of NGO are there in this World who are serving poor they are the real heroes appreciate their work. Parents are responsible for their children career. Matured mind is not a criteria where everyone says that my son/daughter is so small I will follow it when the time comes. No that's not right even small kids can make miracles when you train them exactly.

     Who say the cigarette is a fashion go to a government hospital in your city spend 1 full day there in a pulmonary ward you will know the value of your lungs. Crores and crores of people are addicted to it showing a small lines saying it will cause cancer when consumed is not right. All addictions in this society will attract our children be careful.

    Be a part of your children career encourage them please I request you to change yourself first then try to change their mindset.

       Without sufficient knowledge about our society so many students are committing suicides because they can't overcome obstacles, pressures and. attractions. Train your children they should be a role model to our society. Think big and act big.

How rural youth are influenced by Anti social elements

       Yes, this is the time to explain how rural youth is influenced by anti-social elements. First let you all know how rural areas are being ignored. In this post, I will explain the livelihood difficulties in rural India.

• Indian populations are migrating into urban areas for sustaining their livelihood.
• In rural areas, basic amenities are lacking it starts from electricity, Transport, Education etc.
• No control on retailers they are selling goods with the highest margin. It is higher than urban areas fooling the population in rural areas.
• Even medical facilities are lacking in rural areas. Without any proper licence, all are selling medicines with highest margins. We came across many incidents in media where Doctors are in a hunger strike because they don't want to go to rural areas for serving people. If you ask them why they say no facilities are available in rural areas for serving people that's the situation how some employee reacts about rural India. Not all some coward employees are like that.
• Educational facilities are lacking in government schools. Parents spend huge amounts on education for their children in private schools. But even private education in India is not a quality education. You can refer to PISA report and status of Indian education in the world.
• Life in Rural India nowadays facing a lot of problems. Rural youth problems are increasing day by day.
•  Data from CSO says Indian poverty levels are decreasing but still now many people in rural areas are sleeping without food.
• Unemployment in rural youth increasing in exponential rate. The Indian government says India will cross china's market within no time. According to world bank report in 2012, India creates only 20 lakh jobs in past 20 years but china creates around 2 crore jobs in past 20 years.
• The list of problems faced by rural population are increasing day by day Farmers suicides in India is a burning issue now.
• Corruption is devastating us everybody forced to pay it my practical experience.
• Honest officials are being harassed and sometimes they are killed you can refer to National Crime Record Bureau database.
• Even women joining with anti-social elements a report from BBC because the main reason is poverty. Poverty is the main reason for terrorism.
• The Indian government passed a number of important laws for curbing corruption, but nobody is having enough knowledge about it. If you have some knowledge spread it to educate others. An important law in huge list RTI Act 2005.
• Poverty in rural India resulted not only by the government but also by the cowards who are responsible in taking a bribe. Corruption should be controlled by educating officials yes taking a bribe is like drinking the blood of a poor. I sincerely suggest not to take a bribe with that money if you are in luxury you are sleeping in a house of haunted build with the graves of poor. If you use that money for religious purposes god will feel shy in taking the blood of a poor. Buying goods with that money reflects buying dead and eating their flesh. Eradicate bribe in our entire community be sincere to do your work.

     Control poverty in our society which results in decreasing Anti-social activities in our world.

                         Whatever religion you belong to no god accept in taking a Bribe...

                     No matter how rich you are one day you will be speechless in this world.

We can change the miserable life of beggars on streets

       Little masters on streets are talented they are not beggars. I personally spend a few hours with them for knowing their problems. Yes, they are not beggars they are being Ignored by the society and their parents because of poverty. They are not cared, no NGO or government taking care of them all are running a questioning campaign. Questioning campaign may be a new word but yes all are running their campaign with a hand full of questions blaming one above the other. Some are doing really good work for their upliftment, but it is not satisfied.

       I personally experienced and ask for a help from an NGO to help little masters on streets their reaction is quite different. They are saying we can't change their mindset they don't like working it's better to leave them like that. Is this a correct reason ????

      I want to share my personal experience. 2 days back I had a work at DRDO when I am in work a small boy came there maybe around 6-7 years asking for money. He came to me and asked for money I scared him first, come with me I will hand over you in a school after a long struggle he managed to escape from me. Within half an hour, a batch of around 15 kids came there and started searching for me. Imagine a situation I faced, first I was nervous by seeing them :) and after a while I just started interacting with them.

       They are begging on streets because they should collect money for their food and survival. I asked them if anybody is coming forward provide you food, shelter and education. What you will  do you are willing to come????

        No, they are not willing to come but one among them says I will come along with my parents. See how they love their parents I said ok parents are allowed along with you. Within a minute, all are willing to come with me see what a change. Government and NGO's fail to control begging because all are concentrating on children then what about their parents???

      Their parents can be empowered in works yes! we can change their life surely if you start now maybe 99% rejects you, but one will come with you. 1% change in their life may influence thousands of others. They are little masters yes they are having their own talents one among them is a singer, some are talented in drawing, some are dancers..... They are humans and their talent is awesome.


      Just if you need a change start doing something. I dedicate my posts to those little masters for educating our society.

        Rape victims are separated from the society they are feeling lonely. In our country, a porn star is valued and a rape victim is criticized. Is this right?????

       Every corner of society should take responsibility and educate to control this type of irregularities.

• Parents and educational institutions - Teach moral values and equality where the strong foundation should be there for children. It plays a major role for educating children. If you are a parent or a teacher start it now. Educate your children or your students for better understanding of facts educate them to be against all anti-social activities. They are like plants we can train them in any shape after growing into a tree we can't bend even a branch of it. 

• The Common man - Reduce liking of power and control over women. Recognize the value of women and their equal status in every field.If you are responsible to make change come forward with solutions to the problems. Don't ever say this and that as a questioning campaign. The world needs a solution, not questions.

• Religion and society - Teach people the moral values and living in harmony. Teach the value of women as the Mother, Wife&  Daughter. Teach value and importance in religious customs as well as their role in every path of life.We can educate our children in a positive way If you want to say about Ravana character start with his positive angle, Then his mistakes ending with how one will face troubles.Then your children will understand the essence of the story. Society should come forward in controlling this type of crimes against women. Don't show a finger on any government first you come forward contribute something. I contribute my post for awareness do something and then ask a question.

• police- Being more sensitive to cases. Action should be in time.Transparency should be allowed and today we make a promise that - We will follow all rules and regulations as our government specifies. First we should change then we can expect a change in the society.

• Judiciary - update to become speedy and transparent. Create an awareness campaign about judiciary common man should believe in judiciary without any harassment.

• Many of us can't do this then with your knowledge you can promote something which helps society.An example for that http://www.aftersilence.org/ an online support for rape victims and survivors. Come forward educate our society where in future our daughters should be secure.

        The rape victims who are struggling a lot should be encouraged to be a part of society. If you really care for them empower them in your own company or in some related jobs.

       Even god says life is a journey with obstacles. If you care about others then you will be cared when the time comes. You can earn money up to x millions but one day you will be speechless on this earth.

I love to be a hero in my life at old age

    I was so confident that I will be successful in my life. I achieve my goals in a proper manner.

• I love my parents as me so, my children will love me as they are.
• I care, people who are in problems so, people will take care of me.

       If we follow these principles then Why we need a topic Awareness against elder abuse???

   From the root onwards we should dig this problem.

• The main thing we should know don't say ''SORRY" to your children. They don't deserve it you are only taking care of them so, if you do any mistake unknowingly say sorry to yourself.
• If children expect sorry from you for every small thing you are the one who spoiling their life. Saying sorry is very easy but you will lose your dignity.
• Parents are best friends to children but Be aware you should be in limits I mean before children if you do any adult work. Once if     they catch it then nobody can stop them.
• Talking family matters before children it includes money matters it may hurt them definitely one day you will receive  the same from them.
• Respect elders and your relations. If parents are not respecting their elders and asking children to respect everyone Is this right??
• You are doing some frauds in society and asking your children to be good. Is this right???

     You are asking your children to do this and that forcefully then one day you will receive it back when they lose anything because of your decision.

     Think from your heart analyze yourself not only parents are doing this even children are going in a wrong track if parents take care of them.

     Keep track on your children encourage them in their loving field one day you will be respected before thousands and thousands of people.

     Think big act big, parents are the first teachers to children keep that in mind.

      If something happens and you can't take care of your children then what you are going to do???

       Enjoy your holidays along with them see what they are doing with your experience in life you can judge them easily. Just educate your children about their mistakes.

      Practically this is possible I had a habit of visiting old age homes. I know inner from their hearts how they feel they are separated from their children because of their causes as a parent.

   

      Some may have economic problems, but 80% are because of cheating from their family.

     In some cases, parents are admitted in mental hospitals also.

      If your children are out of your hand now- act promptly start educating them in a polite manner.

        One day educated minds will ignite to burn their inner Dirt.

How women are discriminated

             Discrimination of women is seen in every aspect of life. I will start with technology as readers who are reading this post might have some knowledge about technology.

             Who are top 5 technology giants in the world? Is all of them are men or woman? Coming to the point directly even in this modern technology era women are discriminated.

• World's first programmer, Inventor of scientific computing - Ada lovelace
• Spanning tree protocol essential for network computing invented by - Radia perlman
• Key designer of Transmission control protocol / Internet protocol which forms underlying technology of internet invented by - Judith Estrin .

             All are women's and their contributions are very valuable. There work should be recognised by all only few people might be knowing about them.In my view, they are behind men even with great talent.

            In my country women, discrimination is high before but now it is decreasing. According to me all are equal. women are allowed to do jobs, but they are not encouraged much in leadership roles. In very few cases without dropouts women are successful. I mean some will drop when they got a job, some  drop after marriage, some might be after some time because to care their children, even talented are dropping out.

            Even in these days some are saying education is important for women doing a job is not advisable to them. If they get a job they can't compete with men. Is it right  ??

           Women are equal to us if we say in other words they are better than us. They should face number of challenges above our imagination.

            Not only in India in many countries Discrimination against women is very high.
   United Nations Women's Treaty was implemented few decades ago, but that hasn't changed much.

• In many countries, women are still unable to purchase their own property, vote or even can't wear what they want.
• In African countries, female genital mutilation is a problem.
• In some Asian and African countries, trafficking is still a huge problem most of these for sexual exploitation.
• Honour killing are still practiced even in our country we came across many cases.
• In some countries, women are not allowed to drive a car.
• There is still some pay gap between men and women in developed countries also.
• Female foeticide in our country is a major problem.
• Reproductive health and rights are not encouraged.
• According to UNICEF,  still some countries value the life of males more than females.

       If we come across Violence against women it is high all over the world.

          Before touching or abusing women Think of your mother, Your sister. Even educated men behave vulgarly I came across many incidents. Is your education teach you that, behave yourself in society show your love, your feeling, your thoughts with your wife or with your girlfriend it is acceptable? But, don't bark on innocent women.

        Women are equal to men in all aspects they are not different from us. Just don't say who cares when a man is cheated by them. I am not supporting them at all in that case  but if we take the ratio in both the cases women get cheated highly then us. so, I support them.

         I have just shared my feeling. It is so straight forward hard to digest, but it is true.It is just shared for educating our society.

          I worried a lot by seeing  student suicides.

           Don't ever discourage students and start saying  - you are waste, you can't do anything, you are not securing enough marks and all...... Just encourage them in what they are interested. Try to motivate them they should be unique in their field. 

        Education is like a cyclic process nowadays  many are investing in it and want some return  from it. Is this a right way to go? If a student fails in an exam or Interview why he is discouraged by all. 

           See everybody learned things after some failures. You should always say to yourself.

 Failures are stepping stones for success

        In any aspect of life, students need motivation.

• If a motivating story is without failure do you like it.
• Success will not come in one day it needs your whole heart attention.

      How can a student achieve it without any support?

      Other then education nothing is there in this whole world ???????

         I don't like people with such attitude other than education there are so many arts to explore in this competitive world. In all modern sciences, achievements are not from an educated scientist or a highly qualified person.


           Japan a small country located in the pacific ocean and has world's third largest economy. Their motherland  is wounded by 2 nuclear bombs still they are developed why? It is possible only by education before 150 years  they started meiji revolution - Revolution towards education.

     New generation students

• The newer generation is very much advanced they are in a digital supporting era.
• We should not stress a lot on students because anything is possible in this competitive era. Greater support for innovative ideas is now turning more employees into entrepreneurs.
• Companies are also changing they are changing rules as per the generation. They are offering partnership or shareholding to its worthy employees.
• Newer generation moves in, companies should look in changing rules that to be shed.
• Newer generations  using powerful social media they are participating actively. companies use certain sections of social media for recruitment as Linkedin and many more.
• Newer generations with social media started promoting companies to the whole world.
• Learning and building talent is very much needed but not for a rank card.
• Younger generations are so sharp they had a great deal of knowledge about the internet.

            You ask your children to build up knowledge according to the present world scenario. 

             Train your children or students in achieving maximum knowledge through any source either by internet / books whatever may be the media use it. Don't stress little minds they learn things based on your training. If stress-free minds start igniting then miracles happen.

            Many students who are not graduates turned the whole  world around. Talent should be encouraged  but not marks/grades they achieved.

Interview tips

Interview :

               Don't think interview as a hurdle for you.Every professional job will go through this process either directly/indirectly. I have seen so many people without preparing for exams they prepare a lot for the interview. No need of doing that, so I just want to clarify you that just concentrate on your exam preparation.

                The First thing you should do is don't waste your time in seeing several interview tips from toppers all will say same things but in their own style. If you really need a motivation learn it from your failures.

What do you need for an Interview and How you can impress the board?

• You should be unique. see my older post. 
• After achieving your success in examinations, you should not lose your confidence level.

You should have leadership qualities

     The one who is leading a society (It differs based on the job I just pronounce it as a society) should not be a coward.

• A small story everybody knows about Sri Krishnadevaraya king of Vijayanagara a great king in Indian history.
•  While he is going to get crowned, his father called him without saying anything he slapped Devaraya. Devaraya is in a shock and just murmured Appaji.

Words from his father " What is your inner feeling you are feeling sad the one who feels grater than this when he get punishment without doing anything. I slapped you now because after getting power even i can't do that."

              Words from his father impressed him a lot Devaraya stick to his father words and everybody called him a great ruler. 

•  If you have power don't misuse it. The first thing everybody should know.
• You should be shy to do things which are not accepted by your organization or society and you should feel shy of accepting defeats.
• Yes, you should feel shy for your defeats then only you will not do that mistake again. Without shy nothing can be achieved feel the defeat as your stepping stones then you will be successful in your life.If you really need a success learn from your mistakes feel shy to do the same after that.
• In my view, everybody is clever then why some people are rejected in interviews. Because In this world if a foolish man does anything he will be caught out easily. But if clever people do it It's hard to find.
• So, next thing you should not misuse your cleverness.
• You should be aware of yourself.
• You should know your strength and weakness.You need to have a big list of your weakness rather than your strength. One who understand himself can understand everyone in this world.

If you have enough IQ you will be selected?

          My answer is no. More IQ is not so important to lead a society. 

• You should be answerable to your staff.
• You should listen to everybody and make decisions accordingly. Don't ever do anything in a hurry it may lead to a disaster.
• Listen carefully to your clients and answer things in a polite manner with a smile.
• If you assure anything, whatever might happen you should do that.
• You should love your organization without that you can't get success.
• You should respect your head and your fellow colleagues.
• You should take care of your servants.
• Don't talk cheaply about your office and your office staff It will run your organization down. An organization which is providing food for you.

Important tips:

• You should remember all information related to your resume and application details.
• While saying about elders add Mr/Mrs. 
• Be attentive while answering questions do not answer in a hurry.
• Important news related to social context.
• Wishing lady members first your character resembles your behavior.
• Do not do any argument with board members.
• Say sorry if you don't know any answer. But don't ever try to cover details without sufficient knowledge.
• Eye contact should be maintained. if one asks question look at him in between look others also.
• Be attentive while select your dress be neat and clean.
•  Feel free to express first of all leave your fear and express your feelings. Do not act like a robot and shake your head whatever board members say.
• Do not act smart and think that you are the only human being in this world with maximum knowledge. Respect everybody you should feel free to share with maximum.
• Attend some mock interviews.
• Why you want to join in your preferred post you should have a valid answer for it.

        It is important from now if you practice the above said things you will be selected and Respected by all.

         We need respect from our colleagues so follow these. Be a ruler in your own profession.

yoga for everyone

                   First I start with a small example - Ask your grandpa/ grandmother or any of your old friends to read a newspaper under artificial light of any voltage and ask their view, then ask them to read under natural sunlight the difference can be expressed by them.

                   Artificial knowledge of using techniques increasing IQ is easy. But what about natural means naturally every human is having a power of thinking, this can be used in several means. Controlling thoughts and ideas of your mind is difficult this can be overcome by a simple technique of yoga.

              Yoga for all

            Yoga which means to join/to add. In simple words yoga means Connection of body + mind + spirit.

             Yoga differs and it has many forms
 for example - Guna yoga means " Contact with a cord"
                      Chakra-yoga means " for medical sense"
 
               The number of yoga forms are Infinite it can change according to traditions/ religions/ customs.

             Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice. All Hindu religious practices related to yoga have specialized practices, schools and goals. The major surviving texts of yoga are "Patanjali Yoga sutras".
Yoga is one of the six major Orthodox schools of Hinduism.

             Yoga came to the attention of educated public in the mid-19 century in view of work by N.C.Paul and by Indian teachers spread yoga to the western world such as swami Vivekananda.

           Kaivalyadhama Health and Yoga Research Center started in early 20th century as The study of yoga as a science.

           In the modern world, yoga means asanas form of exercise to be healthy. But it is not the only means of yoga.Yoga is all for attaining physical, mental and spiritual alertness.

          Physical alertness

Asanas of different kinds which enhance your body functions. You can practice it and be away from hospitals. The willingness of practicing yoga increase your health also. If you want, you can refer to medical results of yoga. Every asana has a preferred shape, where your body results in extraordinary ways. Every asana has its own result.
                     Be alert that if you are beginner start it before yoga masters or else your muscles will pain a lot.After getting sufficient training, you can do by your own. Many arts originated from yoga and it related sciences as a famous
Martial arts is an example. I don't have much experience in asanas so you can refer to any asana that guides you. But interested in doing yoga mudras which help in controlling our mind.

           Mental alertness

1. Yoga starts with taking a position. whatever might be the position you choose you should feel comfort in   that. 
2. For doing yoga, you should be clean from inside and outside also. Choose a place where nobody disturbs you.
3. Close your eyes slowly by closing your eyes the internal energy of your thinking starts and our visual world expands inside your mind.
4. Do not just sit alike you should concentrate on your respiration process how air is coming into your body and how it is leaving.
5. Then start discarding everything from your mind it includes your fear, your visual world, your desires and all which are disturbing you.
6. Enter a calm state where you can feel all of your energy moving inside your body when you attain a calm state your air intake reduces and your feel is non-explainable.
7. Practice it you can feel the change. Increase time and you will be free from many external pressures.
8. Practicing it regularly you will attain a state where u can hear the inner voice of your heart. The ultimate state where you can question your heart it will respond to your question.
9. Feel free to accept yoga It will change you completely yes, you can win silence. Confused, Let me explain you silence is the only weapon in this world where you will turn mad if you are not communicating with anybody.
10. Psychological treatments are followed by using yoga.
11. If you practice it regularly one day you will feel the soul in you which know everything from your childhood to till now. It's not your mind which relaxes when you are in sleep your power is the ultimate guru to teach everything, learn everything, feel everything. 

           Spiritual alertness

   
                    I don't want to explain why yoga is practiced in religious customs and all because somebody might hurt.

           Yoga can be practiced  by all human beings irrespective of differences because it will enhance your physical and mental strength free from all external pressures.

             So, practice it and feel the change in you.

How to be unique in your life

Don't follow anybody you should be unique everybody has a question how to be unique?

You should be unique for example you love movies. ok then you should know everything about movies I mean 24 Frames- director, producer, hero, heroine, music, camera, designers of all types, artists, technicians, technology used in movie, story, film production, all pre-production work, all post-production work, advertisement, movie reviews, collection, success rate. You should have more knowledge related to film industry, associations of all technicians, how to get a place in association, courses offered for technicians, where courses are available, which institute is best, how many types of courses available, how certification will be done, how shares will be allocated between producers, how box office money is calculated, what is copyrights how they get it, how to earn money through films, views of all film unit, salary status of individuals, political view, social view, current news, past status of industry, how to improve, where and when  to improve, a gross view of every aspect is needed.

 Don't ever depend on others. Just if you gather information and additional you will be unique as a movie lover see things should mold as you should have command over them. I always suggest you whatever you like, whatever you do, whatever you say, everything should be unique with a social barricade.

Successful people in the world are unique, hard working with social consciousness.

If you are unique then start working hard and hard until you get success. Don't ever leave any work in between until you reach to success. If you are unique in any discipline then things come to you because in today's world everybody looks for better than the best. Just focus to be unique. Don't follow old method of knowing information just follow the world,
 use the internet for learning things, techniques, practice it, get professional in doing things, practice it and ultimately success should come to you. Every aspect of your loving field should be expressed, accept failures, keep on learning things, exchange your ideas.

Social consciousness should be there your work should be useful to society.

 Just don't think about imaginary things which are not possible. But think about your dreams and do things useful for upgrading yourself "success comes when you are alive". You should be alive in doing things taking decisions should be with care.

2. Adobe reader is commonly used and it's ok, you can have some more.
3. My suggestion is pdf-exchange viewer in pdf formats also you should have highlighting points, easy for editing, comments, underlining, Bold, Italics, cut, copy, paste, editing.....

If you want to convert text into pdf in simple form go to options - print- change preference-save as PDF.
