Real facts why India top in exporting beef

   India rank's top in beef exporting a data released by US Department of Agriculture.

    How India got top position in this list. It means Indian beef meeting all standards in exporting what a wonder how this is possible? India struggling a lot for getting standard exporting qualities in many other products.

  We have only two popular breeds Ongole and Brahmin and few others, not more than 5 beef breeds are popular in India. How we are reaching International standards... low-cost beef exported to many countries from India how this is possible?

  I think some magic is done by slaughters because many surveys came with a result that Indian livestock is not fed by required rations(literally nutritious feed to cattle). But how we are reaching international standards in beef production.

   Indian cattle are being slaughtered after getting a certificate from authorities which states that animals are unfit for economical use. But wondering that Indian beef is a quality beef with a low amount of cholesterol exported to foreign countries. This quality is acquired through a series a brutality done to these poor animals.

    You can refer to News dated 21-05-2015 a Telugu newspaper where a worker from Al-Kabeer says that animals which are fit also given an unfit certificate. For getting unfit certificate workers will remove cattle eyes and even break their legs when they are alive.

     You can also refer to this petition filed against Al- Kabeer  please, read this petition as a human please do not interfere religion in this. How cattle is brutally treated by company officials you may know after reading this petition.

    Being a human come forward to control brutality against cattle. For quality standards, companies adopt a wide range of techniques in a cruel way.

      For controlling animal slaughtering in such a brutal way, the Government should take care. Media should educate every individual about this.

     Decide yourself is a short film made by police officials for educating citizens. A very good step taken by police officials for educating public and for conserving our environment.

         Such campaigns are to be promoted by government for controlling Illegal activities. Every citizen equally responsible along with the government for controlling illegal activities. Poverty and unemployment are the main reasons why rural youth is attracted towards illegal activities the only solution for this is by educating them. Tons and tons of sander wood is recovered from smugglers. You can refer my older post about Forests in India. 

        Campaign mainly focus on the environmental problems how to conserve our environment. Who are going to contribute for this campaign you can share this post in every social media platform. The ultimate aim of this campaign is to reach maximum people and to educate them about environment degradation.

          The constitutional provisions of uniform rights for all the people is provided, India has been witnessing the communal riots, caste wars, linguistic clashes and ethnic disputes. This means that the cherished goal of the Constitution-makers to build a united and integrated nation is not full filled.

         We people still now can't understand the exact meaning of democracy. For understanding  that first we should understand about Our Father of Constitution. His view towards democracy why our constitutional assembly approves democracy and the original picture view from the heart of Ambedkar a comprehend study from his autobiography  and research materials available.

       As a educated we should understand and educate our society about this. I started educating my family first, I have experienced a little change in them. With my experience, I came to know that if we try to educate our society then a change can be seen.

• Society always composed of classes, an individual in a society always a member of a class. In other words, caste is an enclosed society where a few are present with relative traditions/practices.
• India is an amalgamation of several castes, religions & cultures.
• Nearly 552 princely states joined India at the time of independence. The states are with different traditions, cultures and religions. No country in the world experienced such a peaceful amalgamation without bloodshed except in one or two cases.
• In many countries like Germany, blood and iron continued  for several years to unite their states. The Country like Canada still faces some problems related to language disputes.

• He opposed the partition of India to a maximum extent because he foreseen situation after partition as they lack good constitution.
• His concept of Democracy internalises the principle of  JUSTICE, Social, Economical and Political.
• EQUALITY of status and for the opportunity and promote among all.
•  LIBERTY of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship.
•  FRATERNITY assuring dignity of the individual and the unity and integrity of the nation. 
• According to Ambedkar, social relationships are key to democracy.
• Philosophy of Ambedkar which is the theoretical foundation of the Dalit movement.
• Reservation and caste based system  proposed by him.
• He is the pioneer for bringing almost around 200 different castes into a single window as scheduled castes. Created a vote bank for them and educate people about their rights.
• For thousands of years, Harijans are treated as untouchables. So, he fought for them and for their rights.
• He proposed a revolutionary concept of Universal Adult Franchise (vote to all citizens of India). Even in developed countries universal adult franchise is given after  long struggles.
• He is the pioneer of Economic system in India. In an interview noble prize winner, Amartya sen says that Dr.B.R.Ambedkar is My father in economics.

            Friends understand his view towards democracy. Belonging to a higher caste I love his work towards Constitution of India.I proud to say Ambedkar the great.

          Do not criticize people based on caste and religion all are Indians. Salute to mother India before that say to yourself- I Respect my constitution as my mother India.

How to use RTI

This post is for giving information and for educating the vital role of RTI.

Many people know about it and fails to use it so, I came with some information about it with my practical experience...

In democracy people are Masters so, we have a right to get information. Therefore, a system has been evolved in the name of  RTI, an act which came effective on 13th October 2005.

RTI stands for Right to Information. Right to Information is a part of fundamental rights under article(1) of the constitution. Article 19(1) says that every citizen has the freedom to speech and expression.
In 1976, the supreme court said in the case of Raj Narain vs The State of UP, that people cannot speak unless they know. Therefore, RTI is embedded in article 19. In the same case-Supreme court says people are masters of democracy. Therefore, masters have Right to know.Every citizen pays taxes in the form of sales tax, excise duty.So, every citizen has right to know it.

An Act to provide for setting out the practical regime of right to information for citizens to secure

access to information under the control of public authorities, in order to promote transparency

and accountability in the working of every public authority, the constitution of a Central

Information Commission and State Information Commissions and for matters connected thereof.

What rights are available under RTI Act 2005?

1. Right to Information Act 2005 empowers every citizen to Ask any questions from the Government or seek any information.

3. Take copies of any government documents.

4. Inspect any government documents.

5. Inspect any Government works.

6. Take samples of materials of any Government work.

What institutions covered  under RTI?

The Central RTI Act extends to the whole of India except the State of Jammu and Kashmir. All

bodies, which are constituted under the Constitution or under any law or under any Government

notification or all bodies, including NGOs.

All private bodies, which are owned, controlled or substantially financed by the Government.

How to use RTI offline:

• Demand Draft.

• Indian Postal Order.

• Money orders (only in some states).

• Affixing Court fee Stamp (only in some states).

• Banker’s cheque.

• Some state governments have prescribed some head of the account. You are required to deposit fee in that account. For that, you can either go to any branch of SBI and deposit cash in that account and attach deposit receipt with your RTI application. Or you can also send a postal order or a DD drawn in favour of that account along with your RTI application.

• Just based on the prescribed amount normally,  not more than 20 rupees (amount changes b/w states).
• Just write a letter to the informational officer of the concerned department along with your contact details.
• Which information you need should be written in the letter. Type of the document you need should be mentioned (normal paper form/electronic form).
• You will receive information related to it within 30 days(time changes b/w states).
• If it is rejected you will be informed why it is rejected.

Transparency:

• You may know about mobile phones nowadays even agricultural labour can have it. What about it before 20 years? 
•  In all over India, only 5.70 lakh connections are available before 20 years. Now India is going to cross 1 billion markets. how this is possible? 
• Transparency is encouraged so, we can easily have it in our hand. Even corruption came down in communication sectors. call costs decrease everything is due to transparency.
• We should encourage transparency in every department.
